writing gives me a voice.

Since childhood, writing invited me to take up space in the world. Writing urged me to make noise, to have a voice when I wanted to be small and unseen. Like breathing, writing allows me to take in the world around me in its beautiful complexity, expand my capacity for compassion, and pour out a hope filled response.

I write about God's presence in us and all around us. i write about the lessons I've received from humans, creatures, and the earth. I write about suffering and joy. I can only write with you. Connection allows me to create. I welcome your words, your voice, here.
